So, what does a typical shop at Whole Foods look like when you have most of your weekly meals delivered? It’s still expensive, but most of the food will last beyond the week. We just came back home after a Whole Foods outing, and here’s what we had in our bags:
- So Delicious Almond Milk
- Bacon! (Applegate Organic Thick Cut Uncured Bacon & Niman Ranch Bacon)
- A few desserts from Zia’s Cafe (Raw/Vegan – Apple Cobbler, Mint Chocolate Cheesecake, Coconut Layer Cake)
- Some drinks for immediate consumption (Naked Berry Blast & Blueprint Gold Pineapple Apple Mint)
- Produce snacks (baby carrots, organic baby lettuce, celery)
- Raw cow’s milk and goat’s milk cheese (Appalachian Jack, Murcia Curado D.O., and Meadowcreek Grayson)
- Cage-Free Organic Eggs
- Go Raw Super Cookies (Ginger and Chocolate)
- Just Apples
- Organic Cocoa Powder
- Organic Fruit Spread (Strawberry and Raspberry)
- Fresh Almond Butter & Artisana Almond Butter packs (for lunches)
- Shelled, unsalted, raw pistachios
